Rooted in Resilience is an art-infused, preventative mental health education program designed to help students explore their thoughts, feelings, and relationships through creative, hands-on experiences. This program supports students in building emotional skills before challenges arise — empowering them with tools they can carry into school, home, and everyday life. Throughout the 10-week journey, students engage in meaningful lessons that promote self-awareness, healthy coping skills, and confidence, while strengthening their ability to navigate stress, relationships, and change. By teaching mental health skills early, we’re not only supporting individual students — we’re strengthening families, classrooms, and entire communities.
